WE LOVE NEW AGENTS & WANT YOU!

We have noticed that more and more companies and Brokers are not spending the time to train you after you have gotten licensed, especially the “virtual” style brokerages. Having trained hundreds of new agents for some of the major brands, I know that the only real thing that stops a new agent is fear…and the fear is not knowing what to do and when, not knowing the paperwork or the procedures and not having anyone to turn to. There is nothing like starting out with the knowledge and the support topped with mentors and coaching to start you on the fast track to success. Did you know that they National Association of Realtors reported that the majority of new agents fail within the first two years in Real Estate and on top of that many new agents only do 1-2 sales in the first year or two. With our training and support you won’t become a statistic.

I am sure that you will hear that nothing you learn in school will you actually use in your day to day career. Unfortunately, this is partially true. Our training will fill the gap and give you the knowledge and confidence you need. You will learn how to do a contract, a listing agreement, rental paperwork as well as the MLS, CMA’s, business planning, prospecting etc..

We are committed to helping you become the success you want to be!
